After we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. Please note that this may take between 1-3 business days.
As soon as you have logged in with your credentials via the header menu at the top right, you can view your points directly in the limeloyalty store or in your account section.
Unfortunately, we can currently only offer limeloyalty points as your payment method! In case you do not have sufficient points and still fill out the form, we will have to cancel your order.
It's very important that you enter the email-address of your limeloyalty account in your order details. Otherwise, we will not be able to assign your order to your account and redeem the equivalent points for it.
Currently, you can only use your limeloyalty points to pay in the shop. You can collect the points either with a limehome stay (receipt after check out) or with special offers. For more information please visit our limeloyalty page www.limehome.com/de/limeloyalty
Unfortunately, we can only offer limeloyalty points as a payment method at the moment. Due to technical reasons, it is not yet possible to buy additional points.
Currently, we only deliver within Germany. However, we are already working on a solution to offer you shipping in the EU as well. Please let us know which country you would like us to ship to in the future under firstname.lastname@example.org.
limeloyalty will pay the shipping costs within Germany.
We will try to process your order as soon as possible. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a corresponding tracking link from our shipping partner.
Your order will then be shipped via DHL, with a standard delivery time of 3-7 working days.
Once we have processed your order internally and released it for shipping, you will receive a tracking link from us which you can use to track your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition including original packaging.
To start your return, please send us more information to email@example.com. We will immediately send you all further information regarding your return.
Please be aware that our gift cards are excluded from returns!
Unfortunately, as a young company, we cannot offer free returns. However, we are currently working on the technical requirements for this. We hope for your understanding.
After successful arrival and revision of your return, we will inform you immediately about the possibility of a refund. Provided the product is undamaged and in its original condition, we will credit the points back to your limeloyalty account within 5-10 working days of reception.
