By securing a total of 3,000 new units across the European market, Limehome matches its impressive performance from 2023. This sustained substantial growth underscores Limehome\u2019s ability to adapt to diverse markets and thrive in a challenging economic environment within the real estate development sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlight signings in A cities across Europe propel the total number of contracted units to 9,000. Limehome\u2019s strong partnership business has been a key driver of success in 2024, with follow-up deals accounting for approximately 50 percent of the total unit growth. Across A cities, every second new unit originated from an established partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strong partnership network drives domestic and international growth<\/strong><br>In Germany alone, the company now has 5,250 apartments in more than 80 cities under contract. With around 90 live Limehome locations nationwide, Limehome joins the largest hospitality brands by location. A standout example is a repeat project with Centralis in D\u00fcsseldorf, where an existing hotel property was converted into 98 serviced apartments. Finalized within just three months from initial contact to contract signing, the project boasts a prime location with a diverse room mix and parking space. The Limehome apartments\u00a0 in Pionierstra\u00dfe between upscale shopping street \u201cK\u00f6\u201d and the central station are set to go live by the end of 2025. This marks the third collaboration with Centralis overall, following projects in Berlin Friedrichshain and Hamburg Harburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Internationally, Limehome\u2019s portfolio spans 150 European cities, positioning the company as one of the fastest growing and largest hospitality companies in Europe. In 2024, Limehome significantly strengthened its market position in Italy and Spain while also expanding to the Czech Republic. In Italy, Limehome added locations across the country\u2019s most coveted A cities, including properties in Rome\u2019s trendy Pigneto district, the heart of Florence\u2019s historic city and the city center of Milan.
