  • New suite design concept rolling out across European portfolio
  • Portfolio expansion across Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium and the UK, alongside new institutional collaborations

Munich, 25 June 2026 – Limehome, Europe’s leading tech-enabled operator of design accommodations, is entering the second half of 2026 with a growing network of institutional partners and an upgraded product offering. Two developments in particular defined the company’s first half of the year: strengthening the partner network through a first-time lease in Aroundtown building, one of Europe’s largest listed real estate companies, and the streamlined rollout of a new interior design concept.

New project in Frankfurt sets the tone

The project with Aroundtown marks a significant step in Limehome’s growth strategy. Located at Bleichstraße 64-66 in Frankfurt am Main, the HAT64 Skyline Atlas project will deliver 86 units in one of the city’s most sought-after central locations. Limehome has leased the serviced apartments and will operate them upon completion, which is scheduled for 2028.

“As part of our broader mixed-use strategy, serviced apartments represent an important component in unlocking the potential of centrally located properties and adapting them to evolving urban demand” said Shachar Elkanati, VP Asset Management & Development at Aroundtown.

An upgraded product offering

Alongside the expansion of its partner network, Limehome has begun rolling out a new suite design across Europe. The updated concept, already implemented in properties in London, Valencia, and most recently at the new DACH flagship Berlin Klosterstrasse, builds on the company’s existing design approach and introduces warmer materials, improved comfort features and a more consistent visual language across properties.

The concept was developed in collaboration with external design studios and refined through multiple rounds of testing and feedback. Beyond its updated look and feel, it strengthens the overall positioning of Limehome’s assets by ensuring a consistent product standard across markets. This consistency supports the company’s ability to secure and operate properties in prime urban locations and reinforces the long-term attractiveness of its model for institutional real estate partners.

At the same time, the new design simplifies implementation across different property types, improving scalability while maintaining a consistent guest experience and operational performance. The rollout will continue across new openings and selected refurbishments.

Expanding portfolio and institutional collaborations

The impact of these developments is already becoming visible across Limehome’s European footprint. As the company continues to scale its partner network and further standardise its guest offering, leading real estate owners and investors are increasingly selecting Limehome as their hospitality operator of choice across key European markets.

In Germany, new openings in Düsseldorf, Gelsenkirchen and Leverkusen complemented the lease in Aroundtown’s property in Frankfurt, reflecting growing demand for professionally operated serviced apartments within and beyond major city centres. Momentum continued across Europe, with new openings in central London and further expansion in the Netherlands and Italy. In the Netherlands, Limehome now has locations in the country’s five largest cities under contract, while in Italy, Limehome has established a presence across key destinations including Rome, Milan, Florence, Verona and Lecce, alongside additional secured pipeline projects.

Additionally, a partnership with Baltisse Real Estate is transforming an existing hotel in Brussels’ European Quarter into 114 serviced apartments, underscoring Limehome’s appeal in high-demand business travel destinations. In Milan’s Navigli district, Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR selected Limehome as the sole tenant for 30 units within a centrally located development, highlighting the importance of long-term institutional partnerships in supporting stable occupancy and returns.

Three foundations of future growth

Limehome enters the second half of 2026 with three key growth drivers in place. The rollout of the new suite design is continuing across the portfolio, with additional openings and refurbishments planned throughout the year. The signed development pipeline remains strong, with projects extending into 2030, providing long-term visibility in a sector still shaped by short-term demand fluctuations. At the same time, Limehome continues to expand its base of institutional partnerships with long-term investors and developers. These relationships increasingly underpin the company’s growth model and reflect the confidence in its operational platform and asset strategy.

Dr. Josef Vollmayr, Co-founder and Co-CEO at Limehome: “Aroundtown, Baltisse, CGI Italy SGR – when Europe’s leading real estate investors choose us as their operator, it shows where our model is heading. Our new design is timeless – made for business travellers, weekend city breaks and leisure guests alike – with a comfortable, efficient and practical layout that raises the bar on product quality across every market. Combined with digital operations and leading GOP levels, that’s exactly the reliability institutional owners are looking for in a long-term partner.”
