Terms of Participation

Prize Draw: €100 Limehome Gift Card

The organiser of this prize draw is Limehome GmbH, Rosenheimer Str. 143A–D, 81671 Munich, Germany.


Participation Period

The prize draw is open from 15 May 2025 (00:00 CEST) and closes on 31 May 2025 (23:59 CEST).

Conditions of Participation

Participation is voluntary, free of charge, and not linked to any purchase of goods or services. Participants only bear the usual internet connection costs.

Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 or older. Only one entry per person is permitted. Employees of Limehome GmbH and its affiliated companies are excluded from participation. Participation via sweepstake services, automated mass participation procedures of third parties or other manipulation attempts are not permitted. A breach of these conditions of participation will result in disqualification. If necessary, in such cases, attributed prizes can be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

To participate, the following conditions must be met:

  • Submit a complete Limehome customer survey form by 31 May 2025 (23:59 CEST).
  • Provide a valid email address for contact purposes.

Prize & Winner Selection

All eligible participants will be entered into a random draw for one (1) prize: one €100 Limehome gift card. The gift card is issued in Euros and valid only for use on limehome.com bookings. The draw will take place after the survey closes. The winner will be selected at random and notified via email on 3 June 2025. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by replying via email no later than 9 June 2025 (23:59 CEST). Failure to respond in time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be drawn.

The prize:

  • is not transferable,
  • cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative,
  • is redeemable within one year of issue,
  • can be used at any Limehome property across Europe, subject to availability,
  • may be applied towards any booking, with the exception of bookings already made by the date of issue of the gift card. Any outstanding balance must be paid by the guest.

The winner will be informed of the redemption process via email. At the time of booking, to redeem the voucher the winner must contact/ will be assisted by Limehome’s Guest Experience Team.

Termination

Limehome GmbH expressly reserves the right to terminate the prize draw without prior notice or to amend the terms of participation (with the exception of the regulations on data protection). This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the fair execution of the draw. Limehome GmbH reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the prize draw if technical or legal reasons prevent fair execution.

Data Protection

By participating in the draw, the participant agrees to and grants Limehome GmbH the right to use the information provided by him/her in connection with the contest – subject to revocation – on the internet, in particular on the contest page, limehome newsletter, on all social media channels of Limehome GmbH as well as on all other websites of Limehome GmbH, for communication purposes of all kinds, in particular for advertising and/or PR purposes, as well as for internal documentation purposes, for an unlimited period of time and without limitation of space.

Data will be processed securely, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Read more on Limehome’s privacy policy.

Survey responses remain anonymous and are stored separately from participant contact details. By entering the draw, participants consent to their anonymised responses being used for internal research and marketing insights. No personal identifiers will be associated with this data.

Liability

Limehome GmbH is only liable for damages – regardless of the legal grounds – in the case of intent and gross negligence on the part of Limehome GmbH, its legal representatives or vicarious agents, as well as in the case of culpable violation of essential contractual obligations. Essential contractual obligations are those which make the implementation of the contest possible in the first place and on which the participant was entitled to rely and did rely. In the event of only a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to compensation for the damage typical for the contract and foreseeable at the time of use of the website. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages culpably caused by Limehome GmbH, its legal representatives or its vicarious agents resulting from injury to life, limb or health, or to liability under the Product Liability Law (Produkthaftungsgesetz).

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their entry documents are lawful and do not infringe any third-party rights.

Jurisdiction

This prize draw is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded. Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
