The contest is organised by limehome GmbH, Rosenheimer Str. 143A-D, 81671 Munich. The competition is organised from 20.06.24 (00:00:00 CEST) and ends on 30.06.24 (23:59:59 CEST). Participation in this contest constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these participation rules and the decisions of limehome GmbH; these are final and legally binding on all matters related to this contest. The opportunity to win a prize requires that all the requirements mentioned here have been fulfilled. Participation is voluntary, free of charge, and not linked to any purchase obligation. Participants only have to bear the costs associated with participation via the Internet (usage fee for Internet connection). Participation and the chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or the use of services.
To participate in the contest, the respective contest post on Instagram must be provided with a „like”. In addition, a comment with a tag (@ mention) of at least one other Instagram user must be left under the contest post. Furthermore, participants must follow the limehome profile @limehomeofficial on the corresponding social media platform (Instagram) within the above-mentioned contest period. The contest will run on the limehome social media platform Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/limehomeofficial/) in the form of a “feed post”.
All participants who have qualified in the contest period through the above-mentioned conditions will be considered. After the end of the contest period, a winner will be selected at random who fulfills the above-mentioned requirements. The winner selected in accordance with the above-mentioned clause will be notified via Instagram direct message by 02.07.24. The winner must respond by 05.07.24, accept the prize, and provide the necessary information for the booking (name, email, phone number). If the winner does not respond by 05.07.24 (23:59:59 CEST), the prize will be forfeited and another participant will be drawn.
The prize and any resulting claims are not transferable to other persons. The prize will not be paid out in cash.
The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. All information provided is not provided by Meta.
Eligible to participate are natural persons who have reached the age of 18. Employees of limehome GmbH as well as affiliated companies of the same group of companies are excluded from participation in the contest. Participation via contest services, automated mass participation procedures of third parties or other manipulations are not permitted.
In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, limehome GmbH reserves the right to exclude the participant from the contest. If necessary, in such cases, winnings can be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
The prize won within the scope of the contest will be redeemed by limehome GmbH by agreement with the winner by means of booking.
The prize includes one night of free accommodation at limehome Berlin Prenzlauer Allee from 14.07.24 until 15.07.24. Overnight stay means accommodation in a “Suite M” with 2 travellers at the limehome from 3:00 p.m. (“check-in”) on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. (“check-out”) on the following day. The stated value of the trip refers to the time of travel and is therefore subject to seasonal variations and currency fluctuations, depending on when the trip is made available and taken up. Compensation for this difference in value is excluded.
The winner is responsible for all costs associated with the travel prize that are not expressly included in the prize, such as travel and subsistence costs.
The processing of the prize will be carried out exclusively in direct contact between the winner and limehome GmbH. By accepting the prize, the winner is subject to the terms and conditions of limehome GmbH. The limehome GmbH establishes the direct contact to the winner.
The winner is responsible for all necessary travel formalities (e.g. valid passport, visa, etc.) of all travelers. If the winner is unable to take the trip for reasons for which limehome GmbH is not responsible, he/she loses the right to the prize and has no claim to compensation.
By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to and grants limehome GmbH the right to use the information provided by him/her in connection with the contest – subject to revocation – with or without mention of their first name by limehome GmbH on the internet, in particular on the contest page, limehome newsletter, on all social media channels of limehome GmbH as well as on all other websites of limehome GmbH, for communication purposes of all kinds, in particular for advertising and/ or PR purposes, as well as for internal documentation purposes, for an unlimited period of time and without limitation of space.
The protection of personal data is a matter of course at limehome GmbH; the winner’s data will be processed securely and not passed on to third parties.
All information provided by limehome GmbH, in particular in connection with the publication of the winner’s name etc., is provided without guarantee. Insofar as claims are asserted by a winner in connection with the winnings received, these are to be directed directly against limehome GmbH or other service providers, insofar as this is legally permissible. Should claims in this regard arise with limehome GmbH, these will be assigned to the respective winners. limehome GmbH is only liable for damages – regardless of the legal grounds – in the case of intent and gross negligence on the part of limehome GmbH, its legal representatives or vicarious agents, as well as in the case of culpable violation of essential contractual obligations. Essential contractual obligations are those which make the implementation of the contest possible in the first place and on which the participant was entitled to rely and did rely. In the event of only a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to compensation for the damage typical for the contract and foreseeable at the time of use of the website. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages culpably caused by limehome GmbH, its legal representatives or its vicarious agents resulting from injury to life, limb or health, or to liability under the Product Liability Law (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
The above limitation of liability applies in particular to damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission of data or similar, in the event of faults in the technical equipment or service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data or viruses.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. limehome GmbH reserves the right to change or correct the conditions of participation and the rules of the game at any time – within the scope of what is legally permissible.
limehome GmbH reserves the right to cancel, postpone and/ or modify the contest or any part thereof if fraudulent acts, technical breakdowns or other factors beyond the control of limehome GmbH impair the integrity or smooth running of the contest. The legal process is excluded.
