Project details:
- Conversion of an old hotel building into high-quality serviced apartments in a prime city center location
- The aim of the conversion was to preserve the original charm of the Gründerzeit building, which was built in 1868
- A total of 48 Limehomes were created, spread across 1,600m2 over 5 floors
