Limehome has published its first Sustainability Report. The report was prepared voluntarily and in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), well ahead of the mandatory Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Limehome continues its rapid growth trajectory in the first half of 2025. From January to June alone, the company secured over 2,000 additional units. This more than doubles the 1,000 units from the same period in 2024. Nine new cities were added to the Limehome portfolio and ten new properties opened for guests, underscoring Limehome’s role as a preferred partner for owners and developers in challenging market conditions.

Limehome is stepping up its focus on conversions of vacant and struggling hotels. The company has signed four additional projects in Italy, Spain and Germany, which will bring around 200 new units to market over the next year. These will be added to the expanding portfolio of completed or nearly completed hotel properties in A-tier cities. The next Limehome opening of a former hotel is scheduled for fall 2025, with the launch of a newly converted property in Berlin.

Limehome has secured strategic new investment projects in Cologne and Stuttgart, further solidifying its presence in key European markets. With these latest signings, the company surpasses 10,000 contracted units across Europe, marking a significant milestone in its rapid expansion.

Limehome is expanding to France. With two strategically important projects in the Paris metropolitan area, the company is consistently pursuing its international growth strategy in 2025. The market entry into France underscores the strong scalability of the Limehome model in one of the world’s most sought-after tourism destinations. France is the twelfth country in the Munich-based hospitality company’s portfolio.

Limehome announces a remarkably successful 2024. By securing a total of 3,000 new units across the European market, Limehome matches its impressive performance from 2023. Limehome is setting new standards in the conversion of commercial space. In the last 12 months alone, the hospitality company has signed new projects that will convert around 35,000 sq m of commercial space into modern apartments. This brings the company’s total conversion record to 3,300 apartments and around 100.000 square metres of revitalised commercial space. These impressive figures underline limehome’s pioneering role in the reutilisation of vacant office, retail and hotel properties into innovative apartment solutions.

Limehome grew its portfolio by almost 14 percent in the first quarter of 2024. By the end of March, the company signed a total of 800 new apartments, bringing limehome’s total European portfolio to 6,800 apartments. The majority of new leases are located in Austria, Portugal, Spain, and Italy, emphasizing the company’s status as one of the fastest growing hospitality operators in Europe.
