Limehome grows by 25% in H1’25 despite market headwinds
Limehome continues its rapid growth trajectory in the first half of 2025. From January to June alone, the company secured over 2,000 additional units. This more than doubles the 1,000 units from the same period in 2024. The next Limehome opening of a former hotel is scheduled for fall 2025, with the launch of a newly converted property in Berlin.

Limehome spearheads office conversion drive with 100,000 sq m milestone
Limehome is setting new standards in the conversion of commercial space. In the last 12 months alone, the hospitality company has signed new projects that will convert around 35,000 sq m of commercial space into modern apartments. This brings the company’s total conversion record to 3,300 apartments and around 100.000 square metres of revitalised commercial space. These impressive figures underline limehome’s pioneering role in the reutilisation of vacant office, retail and hotel properties into innovative apartment solutions.
Limehome hits new heights with 6,800 apartments
Limehome grew its portfolio by almost 14 percent in the first quarter of 2024. By the end of March, the company signed a total of 800 new apartments, bringing limehome’s total European portfolio to 6,800 apartments. The majority of new leases are located in Austria, Portugal, Spain, and Italy, emphasizing the company’s status as one of the fastest growing hospitality operators in Europe.
