Through a cooperation with BMO Real Estate Partners, Limehome is developing a former office space into high-quality serviced apartments. This will create 13 apartments in the centre of Bremen, which will be developed by Aermax GmbH. Limheome will be able to welcome their first guests as early as Q1 2021. The partnership with the globally active investment manager emphasises the increasing importance of mixed-use properties and the high demand for alternative utilisation concepts. Limehome continuing its expansion and already announces the 50th location in Germany, Austria and Spain.
