We are pleased about the successful project with F4 Immoblien GmbH. The revitalisation property in the north of Munich will be the 2nd location of Limehome in Munich and offer 34 serviced apartments. The other spaces will be used as office spaces and were already rented out before the completion of the project. We are pleased about the long-term partnership and another mixed-use reference project. Limehome is continuing its expansion and already announces the 50th location in Germany, Austria and Spain.
